Business phone service
Your business line, handled by the local shop you can actually walk into. We set up real desk phones at your business, your number stays exactly the same, and calls get answered and routed the way you want — “press 1 for the front desk,” voicemail that lands in your email, your cell ringing when you’re away from the counter.
It runs over your internet connection on the same phone system our own shop runs on every day — so when something needs adjusting, you call us and a person you know fixes it. One flat monthly price per phone, no contracts, no surprise fees.

Here's how it goes.
Start with your bill
Bring it in or send a photo — we'll tell you for free what the same service costs from us. Most bills we see are paying double.
We move everything
Your number stays exactly the same. We handle the transfer, install the desk phones, record the greeting with you, and make sure voicemail reaches your email.
Support down the street
A flat $24.99 per phone each month from then on — and when something needs changing, you call the shop, not an 800 number.
Common questions
Common business phones questions
Do I get to keep my business phone number?
Yes - your number moves with you, and that's non-negotiable for us because it's usually the most valuable thing a business phone has. We handle the transfer paperwork with your current provider and time the switch so you never miss a call while it happens. Your customers dial the same number they always have.
What does it actually cost?
A flat $24.99 per phone per month, with unlimited calling in the US and Canada, plus a one-time $99 setup per phone that covers the installation at your business. No contracts and no surprise fees - most of the phone bills we look at are paying more than double for less. Show us your current bill and we'll give you the exact comparison for free.
What happens to my phones if the internet goes down?
Your number keeps working even when your building doesn't. Calls can automatically ring your cell phone, and voicemails still land in your email, so a customer calling during an outage reaches you instead of dead air. When the internet comes back, the desk phones pick right back up on their own.
Can callers get a menu, like press 1 for the front desk?
Yes - we set up the greeting and menu with you: press 1 for the counter, 2 for billing, after-hours messages, holiday hours, whatever fits how you work. It's your voice and your rules, and when you want it changed you call us and we change it, usually the same day.
What if I can't answer every call?
That's where most small businesses lose money, so we built for it. Calls can ring multiple phones at once, roll to your cell, and go to voicemail that lands in your email. And for $39 a month - one flat price for the whole business, not per phone - you can add the answering assistant: when nobody can pick up, it answers, talks with the caller, takes the message or answers common questions, and texts you what they needed. One saved customer usually pays for the month. The first month is free, and you can drop it anytime.
Whatever broke, we’ve probably seen it. Let’s take a look.
We don’t price repairs over the phone. We look first, so the number’s real. The $60 to look comes right off your repair, and walk-ins are always welcome. Look for the blue door with the stairs on the left side of the parking lot, and knock if it’s locked, we’re here.
