South Bend Computer Repair

Landlords · property managers · building owners

One number for every building’s computer, Wi-Fi and printer problems.

Managing property in South Bend or anywhere in Michiana means a leasing office that has to keep working and tenants who call you when the Wi-Fi drops. Give them our number instead. A local tech comes to the building at a flat rate you see before you book, and the small stuff gets fixed remotely without anyone driving anywhere.

One number for every unit

Tenant Wi-Fi, the leasing-office printer, a workstation that will not log in. Everyone calls the same local shop, and a real person picks up.

Rates you see first

$149 for the trip and the first hour, then $30 per 15 minutes. Parts and projects get a written quote before any work starts, so there is never a surprise invoice to explain to an owner.

Wi-Fi and printers, not just computers

Whole-building Wi-Fi, wired runs, and printers that live on the network. The office tech that keeps a property running.

Scheduled around the building

Book online and pick the slot; from two days out it is the plain flat rate, and a next-day visit adds $49. Most quick fixes happen remotely the same day.

What we handle for property managers

  • Leasing-office computers that are slow, locked out, or full of pop-ups
  • Wi-Fi for the office, a clubhouse, or common areas
  • Printers and copiers showing offline, jamming, or streaking
  • New computer, printer, and email setup at turnover
  • A tenant’s computer or Wi-Fi, on a visit you book or they book
  • Backups of the files the office cannot lose

Turning over a unit or opening a new leasing office? We also sell tested, warrantied refurbished business computers and move the files over, so a new desk is working the day it is set up.

Common questions

Property manager questions

How does billing work across several units or buildings?

Every on-site visit is $149 for the trip and the first hour, quoted before you book; past the hour it is $30 per 15 minutes, and we tell you before we get there. If we are handling a few things in the same building, book one visit and list them in the notes; we will tell you up front if it realistically needs more than one trip. Parts and bigger projects, like wiring a building for Wi-Fi, get their own written quote first.

Can a tenant call you directly, or does it have to go through me?

Either works. You can book the visit for a unit, or the tenant can call or book online and pay like any other customer. Just tell us which when you book so there is no confusion at the door.

How fast can you get to one of my buildings?

Book online and pick a slot; from two days out it is the plain flat rate, and a next-day slot adds $49. A lot of leasing-office problems never need a visit at all: we connect remotely and fix it while you watch, $120 per session, and if we cannot fix it remotely the session is free.

Do you handle the printer and copier in the leasing office?

Yes. Printers are on-site work for us because a printer is only really fixed where it lives, on your Wi-Fi with your computers. It is the same $149 visit, first hour included. If the fix costs more than the printer is worth, we will say so and set up a replacement at the same visit, and the old one goes with us for recycling at no charge.

Can you set up Wi-Fi for a whole building or a clubhouse?

That is exactly the kind of network work we do: Wi-Fi that covers the whole space, wired runs where they are needed, and everything labeled and documented so the next person can make sense of it. Visits are priced up front; a full build-out gets its own written quote first.

What is the Business Membership, exactly?

$29 per computer per month, no contract. Each covered machine gets daily health checks, managed antivirus and updates, and you get one monthly health report for the whole office, priority scheduling, free diagnostics on every repair, and member rates: $90 remote sessions instead of $120, and $119 for the first hour on-site instead of $149. If you would rather not think about IT at all, Managed IT is $79 per computer ($299 minimum) with unlimited remote support, cloud backup and quarterly on-site checkups built in.

Give your tenants and your office one number to call.

Our flat prices are posted on the pricing page. The one thing we never guess at is the repair itself: we look first ($60, credited to your repair), then you get a real number before any work starts. Walk in, book a time, or text us a photo of what’s wrong. Look for the black door with our logo on it, straight ahead when you pull in, up the steps; knock if it’s locked, we’re here.
