How long is the drive from LaPaz, and is parking easy?
About half an hour north on US-31, which takes you right into South Bend's southwest side without crossing downtown. We're at 746 S Arnold St Suite 3; pull into the lot, and the black door with our logo is straight ahead and up the steps. Parking is right there, and walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:30.
My kid's school laptop and our family desktop both need work. Can I bring them together?
Yes, and it saves you a trip. Each machine gets its own diagnosis and its own quote, so you can approve one and hold off on the other. One heads-up: a laptop owned by the school usually has to go back through the school's own repair process, so check with them first. Personal laptops are fair game.
What's actually covered if the repair doesn't hold?
Every repair we do carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labor when the part comes from our shelf, and 30 days on parts we have to special-order. If the same problem comes back in that window, bring it in or call and we'll make it right without charging you again for the same fix.
