I'm coming up US-31 from Argos. Do I have to cross town?
No. Our shop is on the southwest side of South Bend at 746 S Arnold St Suite 3, so coming up US-31 you stay out of downtown traffic. Pull in and the black door with our logo is straight ahead, up the steps. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:30, and drop-off only takes a few minutes.
Can you move everything from my old computer to a new one?
Yes. Bring both machines in, or have us come out, and we'll move files, photos, email, browser bookmarks, and printers, plus any programs that can be moved. We quote the job after we see both computers, since how much there is to move changes the time it takes. When you sit down at the new one, things should be right where you expect them.
What happens if you find the computer isn't worth fixing?
We tell you plainly and you pay the $60 diagnosis, nothing else. We'll still pull your files off if you want them, and we can help you choose a replacement that fits how you use it, without upselling you to more than you need.
